| This long standing local cricket club is in North Swindon and is expanding its membership. Swindon NALGO CC is well known in local and regional cricket circles. The club combines successful cricket teams with a multi-race policy .The Ist team play at the CS & NALGO Sports ground and the 2nd Team play at Welford Park. Both teams play in the Berkshire league and we also run a Sunday friendly team and a Thursday evening side in the Swindon League.Swindon NALGO CC is always open to new players and officials and we openly display a multi-racial discipline within the club and have attracted players from the local Indian, Sri-Lankan, West Indian, Welsh and Pakistany communities.The uniting factor being the enjoyment of playing cricket at a competitive level with a good group of players,officials and supporters.
